• Pastor

    Craig Bailey is a native of Wake Forest and has lived locally for most of his life. Craig and Missy Bailey have been married for over thirty years. They have three children and four grandchildren. They both share a passion for spending time with their family and especially their grandchildren. Craig is very excited to start ministering full time, as it has been a desire of both Craig and Missy to serve in ministry together.

  • Associate Pastor

    Preston grew up in Icard, North Carolina. He moved to the area for education. Preston earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Pastoral Ministry from the College at Southeastern. Additionally, Preston earned his Master’s of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Preston is passionate about discipleship, seeing Scripture as a overarching story, fishing, and smoking some great food!

  • Worship Leaders

    Mike and Taylor serve as leaders on the worship team at Wakeminster. Both having grown up in church, they each served on their local church’s worship teams through high school and college, and are so grateful to now use those experiences to serve here! Mike is a student at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and Taylor stays and home full time with their children!

  • Pianist and Choir Director

    John is a native of Durham, NC and a lifelong resident of the triangle area. He is a passionate musician and has been involved in church music ministry for over 35 years. John enjoys playing piano, singing, participating in, and directing vocal groups. He is a graduate of Campbell University.
